Where we work

Choose your state

Each state page covers the rules, markets and search habits specific to that state. Don’t see yours? We still serve you.

An honest note on “local”. We are based in Tracy, California. In other states we work remotely, and we don’t list addresses or local staff we don’t have. Your results come from your market data, listings and tracking, not from our address.

Based outside the US? We also work with clients in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Pakistan. Tell us where you are.

How we work

Local results from a team that works remotely

What decides local results is your own data: profile, listings, reviews, website and tracking. Here is how we handle each, wherever you are.

Ask how we’d handle your area
  1. Check your market from your market

We review how your website, your Google Business Profile and your competitors show up in searches for your area, not just for ours.

  2. Set up what Google reads locally

Profile, listings, reviews and service pages are made consistent. Pages for a place are added only when they have real local detail.

  3. Track what matters before we spend

Calls, forms and bookings are tracked first, so every report shows what each lead and each new client cost.

  4. Report in plain language

You get clear reports and video calls. The pace and the people involved are agreed in your plan.

Find your starting point

What you need first depends on how you sell

A single practice, a group, a billing company and an online brand each need a different plan. Pick the one closest to yours.

Start with local search and one strong Google Ads campaign

  • Fix your Google Business Profile, listings and reviews first. That is what feeds the map results.
  • Run Google Ads on the services and areas you want more of, with call and form tracking from day one.
  • Add a page for your city only if it has facts and proof only that place can carry.

Give each location its own profile, page and tracking

  • One Google Business Profile and one real page per location, each with its own team, hours and reviews.
  • Call tracking and reporting split by location, so you see which site earns its budget.
  • Shared brand pages, local detail on each page, and no copied text swapped by city name.

You sell across states, so plan around buyers, not city pages

  • Practice owners and administrators search by problem and by specialty, not by your city.
  • SEO content and Google Ads aimed at those searches, plus LinkedIn for decision makers.
  • Track booked calls and qualified proposals, not just form fills.

Build for the whole country, with local pages only where they earn their place

  • Category and product pages, technical SEO and content do most of the work.
  • Google Ads and paid social can be targeted by state or region when your data says it pays.
  • Measure by revenue and cost per sale, not by city rankings.

FAQ

Questions about where we work

Something else? Ask us directly and we'll answer it in our reply.

Do you have an office near me?

Our office is in Tracy, California. For clients in other states we work remotely, with video calls, shared dashboards and written reports. We don’t list offices, addresses or local staff in states where we don’t have them.

Which states do you work in?

We take clients across the United States. The state pages on this site cover California, Texas, Florida and New York. A state without its own page isn’t out of reach: we check its rules and market when we build your plan.

Does it matter that your agency isn’t in my city?

For local search, results depend mainly on your own Google Business Profile, listings, reviews, website and tracking, and on how close you are to the searcher. What helps is a team that checks results from your area and knows the rules that apply to you. No agency can promise a ranking.

Will you build city pages for my website?

Only when each page has something real to say: a distinct service area, local proof, or facts that belong to that place. Pages that swap in a city name add little for visitors, and Google’s spam policies name doorway pages as abuse. We’ll tell you when one strong page serves you better than twenty.

I run a medical billing company that serves many states. Do I need location pages?

Usually not. Billing firms sell across state lines, so we plan around the searches and channels your buyers use, such as SEO content, Google Ads and LinkedIn. See our medical billing SEO and lead generation pages for how that works.

How do I get a proposal if I’m in another state?

Add your website in the bar at the top of this page, or use the form below. Tell us your state and the cities you serve. We review your site and market before we talk.

Do you work outside the United States?

Yes. We also work with clients in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Pakistan. Our location pages focus on the US for now. Tell us where you are and we’ll explain how we’d approach your market.

Can we meet in person?

Most work happens by video, which suits clients in any state. If you’re near Tracy, California, ask us when you get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
