Agreement Details Working With Our Agency
These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and procedures governing your use of our services. By engaging with our digital agency, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Future Tech Care offers a range of digital marketing and web development services, including but not confined to website design, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content making, and graphic designing.
We strive to provide high-quality services (pre-made or custom) to meet each client’s specific needs. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, as a digital marketing campaign’s success depends on factors beyond our control, such as market conditions and user behavior.
2. Project Finalization and Reporting
Once a project is finalized and launched, we will provide an initial statistical report within 2-5 working days. This report will include relevant data and insights related to the project’s performance.
The exact timeframe for delivering the initial stats report may vary depending on the complexity and scale of the project.
3. Working Plans and Prices
- We offer various working plans to cater to different project requirements. The specifics of these plans will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and Future Tech Care.
- The pricing plan for our services will be resolute based on the scope of work, level of customization, and other factors. The client will be delivered with a detailed pricing proposal before commencing any work.
- The pricing plan may be subject to change if there are significant alterations or additions to the project requirements. We will communicate the revised pricing plan to the client for approval in such cases.
Payment Terms And Invoices
Future Tech Care does not offer any credit terms or working on credits. The company will issue invoices after 15 days, not after a Month, for all works provided to the client within that 15 days.
Clients are required to make payments every 15 days for the services rendered by Future Tech Care. The invoices will be issued for each payment cycle. The clients can raise any objection, concern, or query in relation to an invoice or payment within seven working days. After this, Future Tech Care will not be responsible, and the client will have to pay in full without deduction or setoff.
For larger projects, we may request an initial payment of 50% at the start of the plan and the remaining 50% at the end of the month or upon project completion.
Payments can be through bank transfer or any other payment method agreed upon between the client and Future Tech Care.
In the happening of delayed or missed payments, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services until payment is received.
5. Customer Support
We offer chat support services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to address any queries or concerns you may have. Our support team will strive to provide timely and helpful assistance.
Please note that though we aim to respond promptly, response times may vary based on the complexity and volume of inquiries.
Future Tech Care understands the importance of confidentiality and the protection of client information. We will treat all client data and project-related information as strictly confidential.
We will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior agreement unless required by law.
right to cancel our services
The clients have the right to cancel the services of Future Tech Care at any time.
All deposit payments are not refundable, even if the client has to clear the due payments. Future Tech Care holds the authority to keep the credentials and will hand them over after the clearance of payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All knowledgeable property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, relating to the services provided by Future Tech Care shall remain the property of the respective owners.
The client retains ownership of any pre-existing materials provided to Future Tech Care for use in the project.
8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Future Tech Care reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at anytime. Renewed terms and conditions will be posted on our website, and the client must review them periodically.
Continued use of our services after any modifications to these terms shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any clashes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
