Healthcare SEO that helps patients find, trust and book your practice
We rank your locations and providers for the “near me” searches where patients choose a practice, build treatment pages your clinicians sign off, and make your content citable in Google's AI Overviews and ChatGPT. Patient data stays out of analytics and ads.

How patient search works now
AI answers patients' health questions. They still choose a provider on Google.
Google now shows an AI Overview on most health searches, but not on the searches where patients pick a practice. A good healthcare SEO plan treats these as two different jobs.

Medical content, patient privacy and accessibility, handled properly
Google holds health pages to a higher standard, and so do regulators. These rules apply to every page and report we produce.
Clinician sign-off on every medical page
A licensed provider at your practice reviews each treatment and condition page before it goes live. Their name, credentials and review date appear on the page, which supports the experience and expertise Google looks for on health topics.
Sources and careful claims
We cite primary sources such as the NIH, CDC and specialty societies, avoid promising outcomes, and handle testimonials in line with the FTC's endorsement rules and your state's rules for medical advertising.
No patient data in marketing tools
Tracking counts calls and appointment requests without sending names, contact details or conditions to analytics or ad platforms. Review replies never confirm that someone is a patient, and we recommend tools that will sign a Business Associate Agreement where patient data is involved.
Accessible to every patient
We check pages against WCAG 2.1 AA. Practices that receive HHS funding, such as Medicaid payments, must meet it under the Section 504 rule by May 11, 2027 with 15 or more employees, or May 11, 2028 with fewer. Deadline source
We are a marketing agency, not your compliance counsel. We work with your compliance lead and follow their decisions.

Figures as reported in each client's account. Results depend on market, budget and specialty, so they are examples, not promises. Healthcare SEO case studies are being written up.

How is healthcare SEO different from regular SEO?
Health pages are held to a higher standard. Google treats them as "your money or your life" topics, so content needs a named clinical reviewer and sources. Doctors' Business Profiles follow Google's practitioner rules, tracking must keep patient data out of marketing tools, and pages should meet accessibility standards. The keyword plan also follows the patient journey, from symptom to booking.
Is your SEO and tracking HIPAA compliant?
We set up tracking so names, contact details and conditions are never sent to analytics or ad platforms, and review replies never confirm that someone is a patient. Where patient data is involved, we recommend tools that will sign a Business Associate Agreement. Overall HIPAA compliance stays with your practice, so we work with your compliance lead.
Will AI Overviews take patients away from my practice?
For symptom and treatment questions, AI Overviews now appear on most searches (89% of healthcare keywords in BrightEdge's December 2025 sample), so we write content that AI tools can cite. For "near me" and provider searches, BrightEdge found no AI Overviews, so local SEO and provider pages still decide who gets the call.
Can each doctor have their own Google Business Profile?
Under Google's guidelines, a practitioner who sees patients and can be contacted at the location can have their own profile. A solo practitioner in a branded practice shares one profile named "Practice name: Doctor name". We set these up correctly to avoid duplicates and suspensions.
Who writes the medical content?
Our writers draft each page from your input and credible sources. A licensed provider at your practice reviews and approves every medical page before it is published, and their name and review date appear on the page.
How long until we see more patients from search?
Business Profile and local fixes can show results within weeks. Treatment and condition pages build over several months. Timing depends on your competition, the number of locations and how quickly your clinicians can review content.
Do you work with multi-location groups?
Yes. Each location gets its own Business Profile and a location page with genuinely local content, and we report results by location and service line. We avoid near-duplicate city pages, which Google treats as spam.
What does healthcare SEO cost?
It depends on your number of locations and providers, the service lines you want to grow and how much content is needed. We quote after reviewing your website and Business Profiles. Choose a budget range in the form so we can recommend options that fit.
