Inside each case study
What every case study covers
A headline number on its own says little. Each case study follows the same six parts, so you can see who the client was, what we changed and how we measured it.
- The client and their market
Type of business, specialty, location and size. Named only with written permission.
- The starting point
What was running before we began, what was tracked and what wasn't working.
- The goal
What success meant for the client, such as more booked consultations or a lower cost per lead.
- What we changed
The specific work: campaign structure, keywords, bidding, locations, landing pages and tracking.
- Results, with dates and source
Each figure with the period it covers and where it came from. Calculated figures are labelled.
- What we learned
What worked, what didn't and what came next, so you can judge how it applies to you.
Our publishing rules
How we publish results
The same rules apply to every case study and portfolio entry, so you can trust what you're comparing.
Ad platform and analytics data, not estimates. Screenshots never show patient or personal data.
So you can see how recent the results are and how long they took.
Figures we work out, such as cost per lead, are marked “about” and show how.
Otherwise we describe the type of business, its specialty and its market.
Before you hire an agency
Six questions to ask about any agency's case studies
Polished results are easy to publish. These questions show whether results are relevant to your business and whether the agency's work caused them. Our answer is under each one.
-
Is the client like my business?
A clinic in a busy city and a rural practice can see very different costs from the same kind of campaign.
Our answerEach case study names the client’s specialty and market. Use the filters above to find the closest match.
-
When were the results achieved, and for how long?
Ad costs and search behavior change. A short spike from years ago tells you little about today.
Our answerEvery figure shows its dates. Our longest account on this page runs from February 2020 to June 2025.
-
Where do the numbers come from?
A label like “verified” means little unless you know the source and the period it covers.
Our answerFrom the client’s own Google Ads account. Figures we calculate, such as cost per lead, are marked “about”.
-
What exactly did the agency change?
Results can come from a new offer, a new location or a quiet market. You want to know what the agency did.
Our answerEach case study lists the changes we made, such as keyword targeting, bidding and location settings.
-
Did the leads turn into patients or clients?
Cheap leads aren’t a success if they never book or sign.
Our answerWe say what each conversion counts, such as a call or a form, and when a figure like return on ad spend relies on values the client recorded.
-
Can I speak to the client?
A short call with a past client tells you how the agency communicates and handles problems.
Our answerAsk on your first call. We’ll check which clients are happy to talk and arrange an introduction.

FAQ
Questions about our case studies
Something else? Ask us directly and we'll answer it in our reply.
Why do you publish only a few case studies?
We write a case study only when a project has results we can trace to the client’s own account and the client agrees to it being shared. Many projects stay in our portfolio as shorter entries. Ask us for examples close to your business and we’ll share what we can on a call.
Where do the figures come from?
From each client’s Google Ads account, for the period shown. Figures we calculate from those totals, such as cost per lead, are marked “about”. We don’t mix industry averages into a client’s results; where we show one for context, it is labelled as such.
Why aren’t the clients named?
We name a client only with their written permission. Healthcare practices and billing companies often prefer privacy, so we describe the type of business, its specialty and its market instead. Screenshots never show patient or personal data.
What’s the difference between a case study and a portfolio project?
A portfolio project shows what we built and a short result. A case study tells the full story of a selected project: the challenge, what we changed, how we measured it and what happened. Each case study links to its portfolio project.
Will I get the same results?
Not necessarily, and no agency can honestly promise that. Results depend on your market, competition, budget, offer, website and how quickly your team follows up on leads. After reviewing your site and accounts, we’ll tell you what we think is realistic and how we’d measure it.
What counts as a conversion in these case studies?
A conversion is an action tracked in the client’s Google Ads account, such as a call, a form submission or a booking request. Each case study says what was tracked. Return on ad spend uses the conversion values recorded in the account.
Do you have case studies for SEO or websites?
Our published case studies cover Google Ads so far. Website and SEO projects are in our portfolio, and we’ll add case studies as those projects build measurable results.
Can I speak to one of these clients?
Ask during your first call. We’ll check which clients in a similar situation are happy to talk and arrange an introduction.
